The signal layer for eCommerce.
Every tool in your stack sees a fragment of your business. Connecting them was expensive, so the data stayed fragmented, and fragmented data means slower decisions and missed revenue signals. IdealData standardizes the data across your whole stack and puts the decision in front of you before you go looking.
15-day free trial. No credit card. No developer.
Connects to the platform you already sell on
Adobe Commerce
Shopify
BigCommerce
WooCommerce
Read-only, through official platform connections. No payment card data accessed.
Start with the assistant you already use.
IdealData alerts you the moment something needs attention. Your assistant gets everything else: the data from every platform you've connected, already standardized and linked, so it never has to guess which record belongs to what.
Or get signals in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and in-app.
Three signals fired overnight, ordered by revenue at stake.
Would you like to call John Smith at Acme Industrial?
Industrial Respirators: 35 days of stock, 30-day lead time.
Every line below names the system it came from.
A signal is a decision, not a chart.
Every tool you own can tell you what happened. A signal tells you what to do about it, with the reason attached and the work already done. Five days to act beats finding out the shelf is empty.
Integration was the old answer.
You don't run a platform. You run a stack, and it gets longer every year. Storefront, checkout, payments, analytics, ads, email, inventory, purchasing, shipping, support, calls. The old fix was wiring them to each other, one connection at a time, and every tool you added made that map worse. Integration moves data between systems. It was never built to watch any of them.
Add one tool. Four new lines appear.
Every tool draws one line up. A signal surfaces out of the top.
IdealData sits above the whole stack and watches everything that drives revenue. Read-only, through official connections, with no replatforming.
Connecting your systems is the easy part.
Give an assistant ten systems and you get ten versions of your business. The hard part isn't access. It's knowing how the records line up.
Same customer, four records
One buyer is a customer in your store, multiple contacts in your CRM, several callers in call tracking, and an account in inventory. Nothing is clean. We fix it.
Same word, four meanings
Revenue in analytics isn't revenue in your store or your accounting. Time zones, refunds, tax. We reconcile them so one number comes out.
Calculated, not guessed
How many units, from which vendor, by when. That's arithmetic over sell-through, lead time, and open POs. We compute it. No guessing.
"What was revenue last month?"
Three answers. Nothing says which one is real.
"What was revenue last month?"
One number, with the reconciliation shown.
The most expensive thing that happens is nothing.
When a customer who was due to order doesn't, nothing gets recorded. When a delivery doesn't arrive, nothing gets recorded either. No report shows it and no alert fires. Catching what didn't happen takes detection built for exactly that.
The order that did not come in
A customer buys from you about every 27 days, whenever they're running low. Day 41 comes and goes with no order, and nothing in your store notices. We tap you on the shoulder while there's still time to reach out.
The delivery that didn't arrive
You count on purchase orders to have enough stock for your high season. When one runs late, nothing flags it, and the revenue hit shows up weeks later. We tell you the day it's overdue.
7 signals are live and more being added every month.
These are the ones merchants told us cost them the most sleep. New signals are added every month, and you choose which to turn on.
Missed Reorder
LiveA customer with a reorder rhythm goes quiet past their usual interval. You hear about it while there is still time to reach out.
High-Value Cart Abandonment
LiveA cart worth more than 2× your average order goes quiet. A $5,000 cart deserves a different response than a $50 cart.
VIP Cart Abandonment
LiveOne of your top lifetime-value customers abandons a cart, any size. When your best customers hesitate, something is usually wrong.
Late Purchase Order
LiveA vendor purchase order passes its expected date without arriving, putting your high-season stock at risk.
Low Stock
LiveInventory watched against real sell-through and vendor lead time. You hear about a stockout with a month to act, not days.
Pricing Issue
LiveA $129 product live at $12.92, or a price drifted far from margin or market. Caught the moment it goes live.
Live Shopping Assist
LiveA known account is on your store right now, adding to cart. Reach out while they’re still deciding.
Delivered where you already work.
Slack, Microsoft Teams, in-app, or straight into the assistant your team uses. Each signal carries the context to act without going and looking anything up.
#revenue-signalsJohn Smith reorders about every 27 days. No order in 41. Last order $3,400.

I find myself using this a lot. Looking up a customer by name is fast and obvious. It's the kind of small thing that adds up across a week.

Questions worth answering.
My platform has its own AI assistant. Why do I need this? +
It can answer questions about the store it lives in, and it does that well. The trouble starts when you feed it fragmented data and that is what an eCommerce platform AI agent has. With only the context it is given, an assistant has to make assumptions and guess to produce the best answer it can. Connect it to two or three systems and it is guessing how the data links up between them. The result is hallucinations that will bleed your business dry if you trust them. IdealData standardizes and links the data first, so there is nothing left to guess.
Can't I just connect my systems to an AI tool myself? +
You can connect them. The difficulty is what happens next. The same customer exists as a different record in each system with nothing linking them, and the same word means different things in each one. An assistant given raw access returns confident answers built on guesses about how those records relate. We resolve the records first, then compute the answer, then hand it over.
Which assistants do you work with? +
IdealData is available as a connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Grok connector is in early BETA. Signals also reach you in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and in-app.
How is this different from Google Analytics? +
Google Analytics tells you what happened. IdealData tells you what needs your attention right now, and why. We use GA4 as one of our data sources ... we don't replace it, we make it actionable.
Will this require a developer? +
No. A developer is not needed for most eCommerce platforms. It's a simple app install and a few clicks to connect it. Most merchants are live within 24 hours.
What about multi-store and multi-warehouse setups? +
Supported. Signals work across brands, stores and warehouses, with the context to tell you which one needs attention.
How does the 15-day free trial work? +
No credit card required. Full access to every live signal for 15 days. If it's not useful, walk away with no charge. If it is, pick the plan that fits your volume and business needs.
What does it cost after the trial? +
Plans start at $29/month plus signal usage. Per-signal pricing scales with your business size, so a startup pays less than a corporation for the same signal. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
What data do you access? Is it secure? +
We connect through official platform APIs with read-only permissions. No payment data is accessed. All data is encrypted end-to-end.
