The questions

What people ask about the price.

What counts as an alert?

One alert is one thing for your team to act on, such as a customer to call, a cart to recover or a product to reorder. You switch on only the signals you want, and an alert is charged only while its signal is on.

What happens after the 15 days?

No credit card is needed to start. After the 15 days you pick the plan that fits your store. If you do not, you are not charged.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. In the IdealData platform, moving up charges the difference today and gives you the new plan's lower alert prices for the whole month, and moving down starts at your next month. On Shopify, Shopify handles plan changes.

Where do I see and pay my bill?

It depends on where you installed from. On Shopify, billing goes through Shopify: the monthly fee and your alerts are on your Shopify bill, and Shopify handles plan changes. On Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, billing is in the IdealData platform: you pay and change plan there.

If I run into any issues, how quickly can someone get back to me and assist?

Our SLA is 24 hours, but in most cases we respond within several minutes. There is also live chat on every page in the IdealData platform.
