Questions about signals.
What is a signal?
A signal watches one thing in your business and, when it matters, raises an alert: who to act on, what you need to know about them, and what to do next.
Is this another automation tool?
Not in the way most people mean it. Automation is great for the routine, until it starts to hurt your customer relationships or your bottom line. Some things should not be automated: the human touch that builds a relationship and grows a customer's lifetime value, or a decision that needs a human sanity check, like how much stock to reorder. That is where IdealData steps in. It identifies those critical touch points and alerts the right person in real time, with the context and the action to take.
Do I have to switch on every signal?
No. You switch on only the signals you want, and you pay per alert only while a signal is on.
How does the 15-day free trial work?
No credit card required. Full access to every signal for 15 days. If it's not useful, walk away with no charge. If it is, pick the plan that fits your volume.
What does it cost after the trial?
Plans start at $29 a month, and alerts are optional: you switch on only the signals you want, and pay per alert only while a signal is on. Alerts are also what make you money, and the price per alert falls as your plan grows: Recovery alerts run from $1.99 to $3.50, Opportunity from $0.25 to $0.42, Risk from $0.45 to $0.76 and Insight from $0.01 to $0.03. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
What are the requirements of a signal?
Each signal lists what it requires (eCommerce, ERP, Other Sales Channels, CRM or Telephony), on this page and on its own page. A signal your tools cannot feed cannot be switched on.
Where do the alerts show up?
In the IdealData platform, under the My Signals tab. They can also arrive in your Slack or Microsoft Teams.
You pay per alert, only while a signal is on.
Try every signal free for 15 days. No credit card.
